Sanjolais
Born from sandy, mineral-rich soils, with vines averaging 10 years of age, this is a fresh and vibrant take on Sangiovese, crafted in a Beaujolais style through semi-carbonic maceration. Fresh, fruity (notes of raspberries and currants) and easily drinkable, the kind of wine that brings joy to the table.
