Bianco Secondo

Bianco Secondo is a rare Cannonau vinified as a white wine, harvested early to preserve balance. A wine that offers a fresh perspective on Sardinia’s most iconic grape variety. The vineyards are located about 600 metres from the sea, a position that leaves a distinctive mark on the wine: lower acidity, but pronounced minerality and salinity. Aromatic notes of ripe fruit and Mediterranean herbs.
