Le Quattro Volte

Le Quattro Volte is a small winery deeply rooted in a land of vibrant and unspoiled nature: Calabria. Long considered the underdog of Italian wine regions, Calabria has emerged in recent years as one of the country’s most exciting wine territories, thanks to an unprecedented qualitative renaissance.

Le Quattro Volte is one of the most dynamic wineries in the province of Cosenza: a multifaceted farm producing not only wine, but also olive oil and agricultural products. The project was born from the deep friendship between Daniela De Marco, Giampiero Ventura, the renowned singer-songwriter from Cosenza Brunori Sas, and Emilio di Cianni. The winery’s name celebrates the fraternal bond between the four founding friends.

The grape varieties are those traditionally found along the northern Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria: Magliocco, Mantonico, Malvasia Bianca, Guarnaccino Nero, and Greco Bianco, all cultivated without chemical or synthetic products. Spontaneous fermentations with exclusively indigenous yeasts and short ageing periods are intended to highlight the pure and varietal character of the grapes. The result is a range of juicy, fresh, and dynamic wines, marked by a unique and genuine simplicity, reflecting the philosophy of Giampiero and Daniela.
