Bifaro
Bifaro Rosso tells the story of rural Calabria through the lens of a red wine made with typical Calabrian grape varieties: Magliocco, Guarnaccia Nera and Greco Nero from a 60-year-old bush-trained vineyard.
The result is a fresh, juicy red that moves away from the stereotypical powerful Calabrian red:a fragrant nose of red berries, cherry, plum, aromatic Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle spicy note. On the palate it is vibrant and highly drinkable, with gentle tannins, lively freshness, pronounced salinity, and a thirst-quenching finish.
