Balsamic IGP

This organic, dense balsamic vinegar is made with grape must of the finest quality from the area of Modena in Italy and is aged in oak barrels. It has a very pleasant texture and has a beautifully balanced taste with sweet, acidulous flavours and discrete woody notes.
